About this recipe:
Come summer and we can't seem to get enough of cold drinks. Here's a refreshing cantaloupe melon smoothie for a healthy after school snack.
1 melon - peeled, seeded and cubed
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar or to taste (light brown soft sugar preferred)
4 to 8 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a mixie and purée until desired consistency. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
Delicious! I've made it all summer.
