    About this recipe: This easy marinade uses easy ingredients and tastes delicious on pork chops and chicken.

    Serves: 12 

    • 225ml soya sauce
    • 100ml olive oil
    • 6 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons mustard powder (crushed white mustard seeds)
    • 2 tablespoons ground ginger

    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:8hr marinating  ›  Ready in:8hr5min 

    1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, mustard powder and ginger. Mix well, spread on your favourite meat, and marinate overnight for best results.

    I used some of the suggestions that other reviewers had expressed.I used half the soy sauce that was advised it was also light soy(lower sodium). I used the 1/4 cup of brown sugar and let it marinate last night and all day today.It was to die for With the alterations made this is a 5 star marinade.  -  18 Sep 2005  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
