About this recipe: Use this delicious dip for a healthy and pretty snack with chips and raw veggies. Great for parties also! Hot, cold or room temperature, the dip tastes great every which way.


Serves: 15 

  • 1 (390g) tin artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 225 gm mayonnaise
  • 150g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60g green chilles, diced

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese and chillies. Mix well and pour into a 2 litre dish.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped green onions and chopped tomato if desired.
