    About this recipe: I love this 'teekhi' seafood sauce for prawn cocktails. Horseradish is fiery by itself and when combined with chilli sauce, the effect is astronomical!

    Serves: 10 

    • 450ml chilli sauce
    • 6 tablespoons horseradish (prepared, not raw root)
    • 4 tablespoons caster sugar
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • Tangy, spicy sauce (like Maggi hot n sweet) to taste

    1. In a small bowl, blend the chilli sauce, horseradish, sugar, lemon juice and Tabasco. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
