About this recipe: Pasta doesn't get simpler than this- saute as many veggies as you like and toss them with pasta. A simple and delicious side dish. I've used turai and capsicums but feel free to use others of your choice.


Serves: 4 

  • 250g farfalle pasta
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 turai, chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1. Cook farfalle according to packet instructions; drain.
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté turai, red capsicum and onion in olive oil until tender. Toss farfalle with vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
