Wash and pat the tongue dry. Apply salt generously along with all the spices, chopped ginger, garlic and vinegar. Let it marinate for 6 -8 hours.
After marinating pressure cook the meat with a little water for 40 minutes. The moment the steam settles pull the hot meat out and put it in a bowl of cold water. Peel the skin off and let cool. When cooled slice the meat.
In a frying pan put in 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the slices on both sides in the oil. Sprinkle with additional pepper if needed and squeeze the juice of 1 lime.
