In a deep vessel, put in the ghee and all the whole spices. When they start to crackle put in the onions and fry till they turn golden brown. Then add the tomatoes, shrimp and the garam masala and fry.
Put in the peas, carrots, green beans, maggi cubes and rice and fry for a little bit. Pour the water in and mix well. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. When cooled fluff with a fork and garnish with coriander leaves and lime.
