Cut the meat into thin slices and pound it to flatten it. Apply salt and set aside.
Grind together the green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, peppercorns, tumeric powder and cumin into a fine paste. Put this masala on the slices and mix well. Put in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Take each slice and coat both sides with the rawa and put into the hot oil. Fry on both sides till they are brown and the meat is cooked.
