About this recipe: Great with fried fish or meat of your choice, this tangy mango relish is always a hit! Add green chillies to make it spicy.


Makes: 2 cups

  • 1 green mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Stir the mango, tomato, coriander, and onion together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
