Mango Mint Ilayichi Lassi

    Add spices, pudina and ilayichi to mango and you've got a complex, flavourful, rich lassi. Bottoms up!

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 large mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
    • 1 teaspoon freshly ground star anise
    • 1 teaspoon freshly ground cardamom
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 2 cups plain dahi
    • 3 sprigs fresh mint for garnish

    1. Blend the mango, brown sugar, chopped mint, star anise, cardamom, lime juice, and yogurt in a blender on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint sprigs to serve.
