I usually make a whole bunch of pakoras and freeze them and use them as my emergency food for company. You could also serve them as an appetizer with coriander chutney.

These were FANTASTIC!! Very light and crunchy. I didn't have anything to dip them in, so I made sweet and sour sauce out of ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and pineapple :D - 28 Sep 2010
