About this recipe: Serve this cooling raita with a spicy Indian meal.

Serves: 4 

  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 150g curd
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp runny honey
  • pinch of paprika

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Stir the sliced banana into the yoghurt and add the mint and honey. Sprinkle with ground paprika. (For a cucumber raita, use ⅓ cucumber, diced, in place of the banana and add 1 crushed garlic clove.)
