Ingredients
Serves: 4
1 large banana, sliced
150g curd
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 tsp runny honey
pinch of paprika

Stir the sliced banana into the yoghurt and add the mint and honey. Sprinkle with ground paprika. (For a cucumber raita, use ⅓ cucumber, diced, in place of the banana and add 1 crushed garlic clove.)
