About this recipe:Here's a new way to enjoy bananas. Just sprinkle them with lemon juice and rolled in brown sugar and cinnamon and cook. Great with vanilla ice cream. You can also cook them it in a frying pan with melted butter.
Preheat barbecue or a grill pan or a tawa for low heat.
Halve each of the bananas lengthwise, then widthwise. Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll banana pieces in sugar/cinnamon mixture until well coated.
Lightly oil the tawa/pan/barbecue's cooking grate. Arrange bananas on grate, and cook for 3 minutes per side. Serve in a bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a sprinkling of remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture.
