I used edible colours for this raita to celebrate the day at home with friends. Great with a simple dish of chawal. Happy Aug 15!

When I travel abroad, all my work friends request that I cook for them. Instead of cooking it on stove, I bake this traditional Punjabi dish to save time. They love it. Serve it with gravy wala chicken, raita and parathas.

Traditionally favourite flavours of beet and goat cheese blend well in this healthy and yummy salad. It's great for a romantic dinner or anytime easy entertaining. I used canned beets, cut into rounds and ovals. You may use peeled, boiled beets. I hand shaped goat cheese into 'petals'. The salad is in sitting on top of edible, organic roses. Serve with roasted lamb and asparagus.

Here's a great summer pasta salad for any time munching. Corkscrew pasta is boiled, then tossed with capsicums, limes, mirchi, tomato and chilled for two hours. Also makes a great appetizer for a dinner party.
