This cake is simple enough to eat with a cuppa tea, yet good enough to serve for a special occasion. It's one of my family's favourites.
Good things come to those who wait. This recipe isn't the quickest but worth it! It makes plenty so you can give away as gifts with good coffee beans.
Always wanted to make fudge? Here's a "grown up" version with Irish Cream for that special night time snack. Makes a great gift at festivals.
Melted chocolate comes oozing out of this delicious cake that's ready in just under dus minute! Enjoy!
Rich and nutty, these chocolate muffins are great as breakfast or tea time snack. Pull up a chair in the veranda and watch the rain come down with these in one hand and a cuppa chai in the other.
Don't be shy to try this unusual, super easy, decadent dessert. And if she asks, tell ma you're getting your protein and carbs both in this dish ;)
Traditional, absolutely gorgeous biscuits.
Just four ingredients and a couple hours make this classic mousse. Yummmmy!
I love this rich, decadent, not too sweet chocolate pudding. It's the perfect snack with a cuppa chai on a Sunday afternoon. This year we're making 'pudding Rakhis'- organic, edible rose petals with a dollop of pudding inside, fringed with mint leaves. 'Rakhi' is a big festival in our family, all my cousins and uncles come home, we tie them rakhis and then have a traditional Punjabi feast.
