Hyderabadi nargisi kofta
Nargisi kofta is boiled eggs stuffed inside a shell of kheema. This dish is a little time consuming, but makes a fantastic party dish. Your guests will be impressed.
Mangalorean Kori Rotti
Kori Rotti is a Mangalorean speciality. Kori means chicken, and rottis, in this case, are not the traditional chapattis or rotis. They are a special kind of bread, which are made of rice paste and then dried, so quite hard and crispy and are made into sheets that are then broken into pieces. These rottis, when soaked by the chicken curry, absorb it and turn quite soft. A real taste and texture sensation!
Gobi Manchurian
Manchurian easy and short time to cook. Would be good in different combinations with paneer and bread
Aloo Tikki
This is the famous stuffed potato cutlet that you get at chaat haunts in Punjab. Good for a snack or as a meal with white chane, I can eat it any time of the day with Imli or Pudina chutney.
Kewra Joler Mangsho (Pink Chicken with Kewra Water)
This is one of my most favorite gourmet recipes and the reason I like it so much is because it not only tastes great, but looks beautiful too and above all it is simple and easy to make. I usually make it when I want to make a great impression on a new acquaintance. It is called pink chicken because the kashmiri mirch masala in combination with the yogurt gives the chicken a pinkish hue.
Prawn Chilli Fry
This is a dry prawn preperation very easy and simple but flavourful. I have always served this dish whenever we entertain for dinner and it has always been a crowd pleaser.

Pork Vindaloo
This world renowned dish is the best example of the Portuguese influence in Goa. The name itself in Portuguese is called "Vinho de alho" which literally means "wine of garlic" although traditionally made with pork it is now prepared with chicken, lamb and even shrimp.

One of the courtly dishes of the Mughals, do-piaza combines onions and tomatoes with their fave spices as a foil for rich duck. Try serving with plain boiled long-grain rice or mirchi parathas.
