About this recipe: As there are varieties for fish curries avaiable. This is one of the traditional Kerala Red fish curry which can be served with rice or chappathi or kappa. I am using Gambooge(Brindleberry, Brindall berry, Malabar tamarind, Kodumpuli). Some of them use tamarind/tomato/raw mango instead of gambooge.
While washing the fish, add some turmeric powder.
