Peel the Carrot & keep it for boiling in pressure cooker for 3 whistle
Open the cooker after 3 whistle & take out only the boiled carrot & drain the water
Now grind the carrot with milk to become thin paste
Take a kadai
Pour the grinded paste in it
Add more milk to it. ( Say 1 cup paste, then add 3 more cup of milk)
Boil it in kadai with low flame & continuous stirring upto 20 to 30 minutes
Now add sugar 1 & half cup & boil for 5 more minutes at low flame
Fry the dry fruits with Ghee & add to this kheer
Now the Carrot kheer is ready to serve.
You can also keep this refrigerator & have cold kheer.
Kheer taste good Hot as well cold
