    Serves: 4 

    • 3 cup Wheat floor / maida
    • 1/2 cup rava
    • 1/2 cup suger , jagurary ( as per taste)
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 5 cup water
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 pinch elichi power
    • 1 cup mango pulp
    • 1/4 suger ( as per your taste)
    • 100 ml oil / ghee

    Prep:30min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Extra time:10min soaking  ›  Ready in:55min 

    1. mix the mango pulp, elichi power and 1/4 cup suger togerther and make a fine paste say a mango puree. Do not add any water and keep in freeze for cooling
    2. Mix the suger / Jaguary in cup of water and set aside to dissolve. Once dissolved, now take wheat floor / maida, Rava and baking power & mix well in bowl by slifting. now add salt and suger / jaguary water and make a smooth batter just a little bit flowing. Keep aside for 5 minutes
    3. now heat either dosa tawa or frying pan and preheat it moderately. Now cote it with oil / ghee and put a half cup batter on tawa make a little thick pancakes. now cook it properly on both sides by flipping in between.Prepare all the pancakes accordingly and let them cool.
    4. Now take out the mango puree. spread a spoonful of puree on pancake and cover it with another pancake.
