    Thai Style Fluffy Omelette Flavored with Basil

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 No. Egg, Beaten
    • 15 ml Fish Sauce
    • 1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
    • 10 gm Basil
    • 100 ml Refined Vegetable Oil
    • 50 ml Thai Chilli Sauce (Sriracha)

    1. Add the sliced onion,basil and fish sauce to the beaten egg.
    2. Heat oil in a wok till it smokes.
    3. Pour egg slowly in oil. Cook till it browns.
    4. Flip the egg on other side till cooked and brown.
    5. Serve with steamed rice and Thai chilli sauce


    Make sure to pour the egg in hot oil so that it fluffs up.
