    Serves: 4 

    • 3 medium size onions
    • 3 green chillies
    • taste salt
    • 1 tsp jeera
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • water 1 cup
    • oil 2 cups
    • 2 bowl wheat flour

    1. cut onions &green chilli in small pieces.
    2. mix onion, green chillies, salt, jeera, red chilli powder to the wheat flour. knead it with oil. use little water.
    3. make small balls, roll it in puri size, put lines on it with the help of knife.
    4. heat tava put oil or ghee cook the roti on both the sides on slow flame.
    5. serve in a dish

    serve with pickle, curd, papad
