Serves: 4 

  • 3 (bundle) Ponnaganti Kura
  • 3 big Onions-chopped
  • 3 (smashed) garlic
  • 2tbs Red chilli powder
  • 3 spoons Oil

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Take 3 spoons of oil in a pan and fry chopped onion for 2 mins
  2. Add cleaned ponnaganti kura leaves and tender shoots only to the above mixture and keep the lig for 5 mins.
  3. Remove lid and add smashed garlic and red chilli powder and reduce the flame
  4. With low flame deep fry for sometime till the mixture becomes fry
