About this recipe: This can be prepared when we to eat pullisadam immediately. We need not boil tamrind juice add spices etc. In a vok add oil 3-4 tab spn,then add 2tab spn channa dal, 2 tab spn urad dal, fry .then add a amla sized tamrind and fry. now add 7 red chillies and fry well .now transfer to a plate and allow to cool. and powder it well. for seasoning: in a kadai heat 2 tspn oil fry mustard seeds , itspn urad and channa dal,cashews, ground nuts a hand full, 2 red chillies and add to the powder. take hot rice add 2tspn oil, add the powder and reqd salt and mix well. Yummy pulligora ready to eat....
