Quick Green Chutney
This is a simple and spicy chutney with semi thick consistency. It can be prepared within minutes.

2 tablespoon mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon ground nuts
1 green chillies, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
to taste salt
1 tablespoon water
- Wash and clean coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Grind ground nuts,green chillies, ginger and sugar with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth.
- Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt and lemon juice and grind until smooth.
- Transfer chutney in a small bowl and serve with sandwich or cutlet.
You can store it in airtight container in refrigerator for 3 days.
