Quick Green Chutney

    This is a simple and spicy chutney with semi thick consistency. It can be prepared within minutes.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 tablespoon mint leaves
    • 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon ground nuts
    • 1 green chillies, minced
    • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • to taste salt
    • 1 tablespoon water

    1. Wash and clean coriander leaves and mint leaves.
    2. Grind ground nuts,green chillies, ginger and sugar with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth.
    3. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt and lemon juice and grind until smooth.
    4. Transfer chutney in a small bowl and serve with sandwich or cutlet.

    Freezing tip

    You can store it in airtight container in refrigerator for 3 days.
