    Its a soya chunks dish but even non vegitarians wuld love to eat it.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 midum bowl soya chunks
    • 1 big onion
    • 1 big tomato
    • 1 small chilli green
    • few curry leaves
    • 1/2 tsp chilli pwdr
    • as per taste salt
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric pwrd
    • a pinch aseifodea
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    • few cumin seeds
    • 1 tbsp oil

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Boil water in a vessel nd as it starts boiling add soya chunks to it , boil for 5 to 8 mins. Now drain the chunks nd wash them two times with cold water nd by squezing them drain all water nd make them dry. Now chrush thm in grinder.
    2. Chop the onion, tomato, chilli into thin pieces. No heat the oil in a pan and add cunim seeds after they r bursted add asefodea nd curry leaves, immeditly add choped onions, after they turn transperant add choped tomatoes nd chilli.
    3. As all this r completly cooked add chrused chunks nd all the spices to it nd cook for five mins. Now gernish with onion ring. serve hot with chappatis or garlic breads.
