About this recipe: Shujeer Halwa (Sujee or Semolina Halwa) is a very popular and easy dessert. It is usually made for breakfast, as it is quite soothing to taste first thing in the morning. It can be served warm or chilled, and is usually with ata rooti ( tortilla), parathas or loochi.
