1/2 kg boneless chicken
Salt as needed
1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon of gol morich –white or black pepper balls
1 big apple, chopped into fine cubes
- Boil the chicken with just a pinch of salt and soya sauce. Chop the boiled chicken into small cubes.
- Transfer the chicken cubes to a bowl. Mix in the white pepper balls, apple cubes and mayonnaise.
