About this recipe:
Do you have kids who do not like to eat vegetables? This recipe will definitely help you make your children have their healthy dose of vegetables. This baked vegetable cake is not spicy, and is quite simple to make.
Serve with tomato, chili or tamarind sauce.
250 g cauliflower, chopped
250 g cabbage (badhakopi), chopped
250 g papaya, chopped
250g yardlong bean (borboti), chopped
250g carrots, chopped
2 tablespoon onion, sliced
1 teaspoon ginger, sliced
1 tablespoon green chilies, sliced
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, sliced
1 teaspoon baking powder
3-4 tablespoon flour
as needed salt
1 tablespoon lemon extract
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of ghee

Wash the chopped vegetables and allow the water to dry off
Add the chopped vegetables, onion,ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves, egg, flour, salt, lemon extract, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and oil. Mix well and set aside
Grease a baking tray with ghee and pour the mixture. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 5 minutes.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
