About this recipe: Mustard seeds mash has a distinct sense of spiciness that tastes great with plain white rice.

  • 50 g of mustard seeds
  • 4-5 dry red chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic slices
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tablespoon of onion slices


  1. Heat a tawa and toast the mustard seeds.
  2. Also toast the dry red chilies and garlic slices.
  3. Put the toasted ingredients on a sheel pata and grind to make a powdery mixture
  4. Mix the salt and onion slices with hand.
  5. Serve with plain rice.
