Heat a pan with ghee and add the semolina. Stir continuously and add the condensed milk and lachcha shemai. Stir well for a bit and put the lid on. Pour the mixture in 3 separate bowls when the shemai and semolina have been boiled.
Add green food coloring in one of the bowls. Add the red food coloring to the other bowl. Leave the third bowl without any coloring.
Grease a serving tray with ghee and pour the red mix. Layer it with the uncolored mix and add the green mix as the final layer.
