Shrimp Vegetable Salad

    • 1/2 cup of shrimps
    • 1 cup of sliced cabbage
    • 1 cup of sliced cucumber
    • 1/2 cup of sliced carrot
    • 1/2 cup of sliced tomato
    • Salt as needed
    • 7-8 green chilies, chopped
    • 1/2 cup of onion slices
    • 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon of oil
    • 1/2 cup of salad dressing
    • 2-3 lettuce leaves
    • 1/2 cup of mint leaves, chopped


    1. In a bowl, add the sliced cabbage, cucumber, carrot and tomato. Mix well with salt.
    2. Add the green chilies and onion slices. Mix again.
    3. Pour the yoghurt and mix well.
    4. In a pan heat oil and fry the shrimps. Sprinkle a bit of salt.
    5. Add the fried shrimps on the salad. Pour the salad dressing and mix well.
    6. In a serving bowl, place the lettuce leaves. Pour the salad on the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle the mint leaves and serve!
