About this recipe: This is a recipe for a special white sauce that can be used to spread on sandwiches or served with chicken or beef patties and shwarma. It can be also used on spaghetti and noodles as well.

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons of flour
  • Salt as needed
  • Pinch of black pepper powder
  • 2 cups of milk


  1. Heat a pan with the 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the flour and stir. Do not allow the color of the flour to change as you fry it-so stir continuously.
  2. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix.
  3. Stir continuously as the milk is poured. Cook until a thick sauce forms. Set aside to cool.
  4. Serve with pasta, sandwich or anything!
