1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder that has a pinch of jaifal (nutmeg) and jayatri (mace) powders
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of onion slices
2 tablespoons of green chilies
1/2 kg of minced beef
2 tablespoons of ghee
2 cups of vegetable or soybean oil for deep frying
Mix the eggs, bread pieces, flour, corn flour, ginger and garlic pastes, coriander, cumin and garam masala powders, tomato sauce, onion slices, chopped green chilies and salt with the minced beef, one at a time. Also add in ghee and mix well.
Take lumps of the mixture in your hand and make shapes as that of the burger stakes.
Heat a deep frying pan with oil and deep fry the burger patties.
