Mola mach er Tok (Mola fish curry with Olive)

    Olive with mola fish is a dish rich in flavor and taste. It is also very healthy, as the mola fish and olives provide essential vitamins. It is quite refreshing if you are tired of having spice heavy dishes. Serve with rice.

    • 1 cup of mola fish, washed well
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
    • 1 tablespoon of onion slices
    • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
    • salt as needed
    • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
    • 5-6 jolpai( olives), sliced into pieces
    • 4-5 green chilies
    • 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves


    1. Mix the fish pieces with garlic paste, onion slices, red chili powder, salt and coriander powder.
    2. Heat a pan with oil. Add the fish mixture. Stir and fry for 10 minutes and pour in 2 cups of water.
    3. Put the lid on. Cook until the spices have mixed well with the fish pieces.
    4. Now add the jolpai or ( enter English term here) to the curry.
    5. Cook with the lid on for 10 minutes.
    6. Sprinkle green chilies and coriander leaves.
    7. Serve!
