About this recipe:
This is a popular snack for kids because they love to hold the chicken leg one and bite into the soft and tender meat covered with crunchy biscuit crumbs. Serve with ketchup and French fries.
4 chicken legs, washed well
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
1/3 of a teaspoon of black pepper powder
salt as needed
1 egg, beaten well
1/2 cup of fine biscuit crumbs
2 cups of soy bean oil
Drain the water out the chicken legs.
Mix in soy sauce, ginger and garlic pastes, black pepper powder and salt with the chicken legs. Marinate for 2-3 hours.
By now, the chicken should become soft.
Dip each chicken leg in the beaten egg. Then roll the chicken leg on the biscuit crumbs and set on a tray or plate. Repeat for the rest of the chicken legs.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat a deep frying pan with oil. Deep fry until dark brown.
