About this recipe:
Peanut chutney is a powdery mix of spices and mouth water bits of peanuts. Serve with plain chapatis.
2 cups peanuts
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
salt as needed
- Heat a pan, and toast the peanuts for 5 minutes. Peel the skin if u want.
- Sprinkle red chili powder, cumin seeds, sugar and salt to the peanuts, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture on to a grinder, and grind the ingredients into a powder.
