CHICKEN FRY MASALA

    Its a dish which i usually prepare, very easy, but very tasty.

    Ingredients

    • 1. Chicken - 500 gms
    • 2. Onion - 2 nos
    • 3. Tomato - 2 nos
    • 4. Chicken 65 masala - 1 pkt
    • 5. Lime- 1 no.
    • 6. Coriander leaves
    • 7. salt - as required
    • 8. Curd - 1 tbsp.
    • 9. Ginger - Garlic paste - 2 tsp.
    • 10. oil to fry.

    Directions

    1. Cut & Wash Chicken into pieces.
    2. Add 1 tbsp curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, chicken 65 fry masala, salt as required, to the chicken pieces & mix well.
    3. Keep this aside for an hour. Then deep fry the chicken.
    4. Now heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a kadai, first fry onions - sliced very nicely,then add 1 tsp. ginger -garlic paste till good aroma releases, now add tomato - sliced very nicely till it is mashed well. Add salt to taste.
    5. Now add the fried Chicken to the mixture & stir till is mixed with the gravy.
    6. Remove from heat. squeeze half lime.
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Shortcut

    This recipe goes good with chapathi or white rice.
