Add 1 tbsp curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, chicken 65 fry masala, salt as required, to the chicken pieces & mix well.
Keep this aside for an hour. Then deep fry the chicken.
Now heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a kadai, first fry onions - sliced very nicely,then add 1 tsp. ginger -garlic paste till good aroma releases, now add tomato - sliced very nicely till it is mashed well. Add salt to taste.
Now add the fried Chicken to the mixture & stir till is mixed with the gravy.
Remove from heat. squeeze half lime.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
This recipe goes good with chapathi or white rice.
