PANEER BHURGI

    Paneer Bhurgi is a spicy Indian dish, which can be best described as a delicious mixture of grated paneer and spices. If you are a fan of stir fry, then this is a must for you. Enjoy with paratha.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 teaspoons chopped green chillies
    • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
    • 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 2 cups grated paneer
    • salt as needed
    • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves

    1. Heat a pan with oil, add cumin seeds, stir for a little bit and then add green chilies, onions and tomatoes. Stir and fry the ingredients until the onions turn light brown. Add haldi powder, stir and mix and add the grated paneer.
    2. Sprinkle salt and cook for 5 minutes.
    3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
