    About this recipe: This is a stir fried vegetarian dish served as a side dish for dinner or lunch. It is healthy with a great mix of spices.

    Serves: 5 

    • 2 tablespoons soybean oil
    • 1/2 cup cauliflower
    • 1/2 cup potatoes
    • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
    • 2 tablespoons sweet corn
    • 1/2 cup chopped beans
    • salt
    • 2 tablespoons cumin powder
    • 2 tablespoons coriander powder
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi (turmeric) powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

    1. Heat a tawa with soybean oil. Add cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, sweet corn and beans and toast these vegetables together with salt.
    2. Now add cumin and coriander powders, and mix well.
    3. Add red chili, haldi and garam masala powders. Stir and cook all the vegetables for 5 minutes.
