Prajakta's onion chutney

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 2 cups chopped onions
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi (turmeric) powder
    • salt
    • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until onions turn pink. Now add red chili and haldi powders and salt. Stir and mix.
    2. Then add crushed peanuts. Cook for 5 minutes.
