Beetroot halwa

Serves: 4 

  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 4 cups grated beetroot
  • 8 to 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dry fruits

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated beetroot and fry it until it gets a little soft.
  2. Now add sugar and milk. Stir and cook until this mixture becomes dry.
  3. Sprinkle chopped dry fruits and mix well.
