About this recipe:
This is a super easy halwa dish that can be made with some left over potatoes, or if you want to have something for dessert. Enjoy it as it is, or with paratha.
1 tablespoon ghee
4 cups boiled potatoes, crushed
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon chopped dry fruits
- Heat a pan with ghee on low heat, add mashed potatoes.
- Stir and fry until the potatoes turn slightly brown.
- Add sugar and mix it well until the sugar gets dissolved.
Now add dry fruits and mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
