    About this recipe: This is a great way to make use of left of chapatis and stir fry the chapatis by breaking them up and seasoning them with spices. The dish is delicious by itself, and feels great with iced lemonade.

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 to 5 chapatis
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 to 3 chopped green chilies
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 1 tablespoon toasted peanuts
    • 2 tablespoons chopped boiled potatoes
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • salt as needed
    • 1 teaspoon sugar

    1. Break chapatis into small pieces. Set aside.
    2. Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add cumin seeds, green chilies and onions. Also add toasted peanuts and boiled chopped potatoes. Fry until then onions turn brown.
    3. Now add red chili powder, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Mix well.
    4. Then add chapattis. Stir and mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
