    • 2 tablespoons ghee
    • 4 cups peeled and sliced ratale or sweet potatoes
    • 2 cups sugar

    1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add sliced ratale and fry until it gets brown.
    2. Let it cook for 5 minutes until the potato slices become a little soft.
    3. Now add sugar. Stir and allow the sugar to dissolve.
    4. Cook for 5 more minutes.
