Form a thick dough of bajara flour. Add salt and water as needed.
Now divide the dough into 2 parts. Take one part and flatten it as a round shape. This is bhakari. Repeat for the second dough part.
Heat a thick bottomed tawa. Roast this bhakari on tawa from one side. Take it off the tawa and set aside.
Add butter on the same tawa. Sprinkle red chili powder and chopped coriander leaves. Stir and mix. Now place the side of the bhakari that has not been toasted on top of this masala mix on the tawa. Roast with the masala mix by shifting and moving the bhakari around. This way, the inner side will have the masala.
Repeat for the second flattened round shaped bhakari.
