About this recipe:It just tastes great as a snack or side dish with drinks & a must with friends :)
My family just loves this dish and always ask for more and more :). I am sure you will love it too as it is very simple.
1 bowl of Chicken pieces (Thigh and breast pieces preferably)
Olive or any refined vegetable oil,
Dry masalas: Cloves, Black pepper balls (handful), 4-6 Green cardamoms, 2-3 bay leaves, 2-3 Cinnamon
salt (according to taste)
Wash and clean the chicken and then marinate it with Garlic, Ginger, 4-5 tablespoon of oil, salt, and the Grounded dry masala for 5-6 hours.
Make sure to create shallow cuts on the chicken pieces to help get the masala inside the chicken.
Heat one tablespoon of oil (not more than that as Chicken already will have lot of oil in it after marination).
Place the chicken pieces on the pan (Do not place them close to each other).
Fry until golden brown and soft.
sprinkle lime juice over it and server with Hari Chatni or cheese dip.
