About this recipe: This is a nutrient rich dish made from fenugreek leaves. Serve with warm chapattis.

Serves: 4 

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 2 cups methi leaves (fengureek leaves)
  • Salt as needed
  • Water as needed

  1. Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds, garlic and green chillies. Stir and add haldi powder and methi leaves. Add salt and 1 cup of water. Mix and cook for 15 minutes.
