Make dough using maida, water and salt. Make dough balls.
Roll each ball into a round tortilla or chapattis.
Heat a tawa with oil. Roast the chapattis one at a time. Set aside the chapattis. Turn the heat down to a low flame.
Now beat the eggs with some salt in a bowl. Spread a portion of it on hot tawa to make an omelette. Turn up the flame and fry the omelette just slightly.
Place one chapatti on the omelette on tawa. Gently rub the chapatti on the omelette so that it sticks to it. Turn the chapatti around so that it is directly on the bottom, touching the tawa. Roast on all sides for 2 minutes.
Now sprinkle the chopped onions, green chillies, red chilli powder and salt on the egg side of the chapati. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and lemon juice on it. Take the chapatti stuck omelette off the tawa and place on a tray.
