Omlette curry

    Omlette curry is a great way to have egg who like gravy. Serve with white pulav, rice or paratha.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tablespoon chopped onions
    • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 tablespoons onions
    • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
    • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
    • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • Salt as needed

    1. Break eggs in bowl and add 1 tablespoon of onions, salt, red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Stir and mix well.
    2. Heat a tawa with 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Spread this mixture and roast it from both the sides. Keep it aside.
    3. Mix onions, coconut and ginger garlic paste in a bowl.
    4. Heat a pan with 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Add cumin seeds, and the above paste. Stir and mix it well and fry for 5 minutes.
    5. Now add salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder and garam masala powder. Mix.
    6. Then add a cup of water. Boil and allow it to thicken down to gravy. Then add the omelette. Allow the omelette to simmer for 5 minutes.
